How to set Scrolling Table? (v2019)

I am a registered user and Scrolling Table is checked in extensions but the table does not scroll in desktop, it does in mobile or if I reduce the width of desktop browser

How can this behavior be set for all tables if content width in list page does not fit? I see the extension options :

Options:
Scrollable - Enable scrolling
ScrollWidth - Width of the table (px or %), e.g "500px", "100%". If no unit, "px" is assumed.
ScrollHeight - Height of the table (px or %). If no unit, "px" is assumed.

But I dont know where to set..

You need to set the advanced settings of the extension, see Tools -> Extensions in the help file (v2019).
