error in confirm page (v2017)

error in confirm page: i use the 2017.0.7 version
in the add page i enter the upload of a file and it's ok if only add, instead don't work if i active the confirm page. Why?

Please try to use the latest version as possible, since too many advantages you will get in the latest version. Version 2017 is too old and will not be supported anymore.
