This is similar to a previous request for a general excel import function, but more restricted and therefore hopefully easier to implement.
It would be really useful to have a CSV import option for each table to allow bulk initial data uploads.
This would be on a per-table basis and would sequentially add each record with validation giving a report of any failed records at the end.
If there was flexibility to map columns to fields before import that would be ideal.
