Tabs problem

Currently we are using Tabs style page, if we generate file, tabs not created properly, and i saw in language file tab captions are not generated, but if i make changes to tabs captions in maker,
then its creating tabs caption in language file and properly displayed. (Aspnet Maker 2017.3)

Is the project convert from previous version or create a brand new project? Elaborate the condition in words.

converted from previous project.. from 2016 to 2017

I do not have issue. Try to open the v2016 project by using ASP.NET maker 2017 and regenerate the language file to verify.
