audit trail

I'm having problems with audit trail log is inserted into the table or text file only on system input, but auteraÃ§Ãµes inseÃ§Ãµes does not mark the User login, which part is the number 1, I have many users who modify and insert data every day, to check the audit trail can only see when the user logs, change does not give to know who is it for all users is marked as user 1

Are all the user same ID or use Auto-Login? If each user login with their own account, the record should be correct.
