Table Columns and CSS

I would like to have a way of showing all table columns and then the user can hide and unhide the ones they want to see and use, also it would be great if you could have in the CSS the option to add background images rather than needing to edit the main CSS each time as you do with the icon and logo.

Have button to select which column to show , its very useful when we have many column so we can hide some column from startup.
