Profile link, the pics of user are not on the Menu bar

In my application I would like user to be updating their profile(information they provided when they registered on the website) but unfornatly after logging in on the top right corner where user clicks to logout there is no a button to click which can load the profile editing page and also the profile picture that the user submitted when registering is not being also displayed there. Only change password and logout are being displayed.
