Field use Lookup table problem?

Dear All~~
I have a question about filed use lookup table display two fields.

One table have a foreign key filed from other table.
I want to this filed use lookup table display two value from other table.
I have set finish.
But why it always display filed #1 , didn't display filed #2?

I use Phpmaker 2018.06 and new template.

Have you set up the "Options template"? You can also check if the data of the 2nd display field exist.
