Blank Page Generation

PLease help me. How do i add a blankpage. It is missing in PHPMaker 2017? Thank you in advance. :)

balnk page was available to help create custom files while including all project settings and configurations, database connections, themes as well as the menu.

So 2017 and 2018 that is nolonger neccessary as They have put a section to create custom files directly in phpmaker. jst read about "custom files" in your help file.
BUt they have alot of advantages like.
-they can be allocated permissions like normal tables and views.
-you can still use the database funstions like ew_Execute etc
-you can choose if you want to include the neccessary files like userfn etc by ticking "include common files" or untick it to create atotally blank page
-you can choose if your custom file requires header and footer or not like other tables and view, during generate
-If you want to create something like an API file where maybe you dont need anything else apart from the database connection, you can just include the dbHelper file.
