Generate blank page

Hi!
In every article I read, there's written that I have to check the "Generate blank page" check box in the tab generate.
But the problem is, there's no check box with that name.
How can i generate a blank page with the menus etc?

Blank page was used in older versions of phpmaker. It is replaced through the Custom Files wich are better integrated and easier to handle. Read the documentation about this.
