Menu disable after Synchronize

I am using PHPMaker 2017.0.7

My project is currently upgrade from 2017.0.6 to 2017.0.7

In the Menu Editor some of the item is automatically goes to disable (uncheck) after clicking on the database synchronize.
If I did not click on the synchronize I can make changes the item in the Menu Editor and it goes fine.

This issue was happened in v2017.0.6, and had been resolved in v2017.0.7.

Now try to check/enable the menu items again, save the project, and then regenerate ALL the script files again.

I select the menu item from the Menu editor and safe the project.
and when i reopen the project again the the menu item was dis-select.

I am using v2017.0.7

and i try by deleting the template and replace with the new template download from the website.
but it does not resolve.
