Dropdown no longer working (lookup tables)

I've got this issue today.

My dropdowns (lookup tables) no longer work.

If I open the console I find:

POST ....//my_site/ewlookup12.php 410 (Gone)
send @ jquery-1.12.0.min.js:4
ajax @ jquery-1.12.0.min.js:4
ew_UpdateOpt @ ewp12.js:4
u @ ewp12.js:6

Also the quick filter is not working (not poulates the dropdown)

What happened?

Cannot simulate your problem, any error return from F12 -> Network -> ewlookup12.php?

Any JS error in F12 -> Console?
