javascript in Edit Tag / Client Side Events

Hello guys,
It happened for the third time, the javascript calls in Edit Tag / Client Side Events stopped working in all the routines that I use this event. I could not find the reason.
I get another older copy and it works perfectly. What can cause this failure and how to solve it?

Press [F12] to check whether any Javascript error or not in your browser. In addition, post your code/customization for discussion.
