Passing a value to a function on ListOptions_Rendered

Postby syncnet » Sat Nov 18, 2017 2:29 am

I need to get a value (AccountBalance) from a table and display it on a list row.
I have a function to get this value and just need to pass the AccountNo to the function to get the results.
I have the ListOptions_load set up and this is what I have in ListOptions_Rendered
ListOptions.GetItem("acctbal").Body = GetAcctBalance(Account.AccountNo.CurrentValue) &" Account=" & Account.AccountNo.CurrentValue
But when I write out the value I'm getting a blank/NULL value. Is there some other way to get a value from a table or a different way to pay the value so the function will work?

You mean the CurrentValue is blank.

Make sure the field "Account.AccountNo.CurrentValue" exist.

To debug your codes, write out the values. For example:

Response.Write "account no:" & Account.AccountNo.CurrentValue & "<br>"
Response.Write "account balance:" & GetAcctBalance(Account.AccountNo.CurrentValue) & "<br>"
